Bluey toys finally hit shelves this summer after the CBeebies show became a hit
If you have a youngster who likes to sit and watch CBeebies with some regularity, then you’ve undoubtedly seen Bluey, the blue Australian dog who loves to play.
With mom and dad Chilli and Bandit and baby sister Bingo, Bluey Heeler is a six year old anthropomorphic puppy who enjoys an action packed adventure.
Kids and adults have loved the wellness TV show since it launched on CBeebies and iPlayer in April, but they have yet to purchase any Bluey toys to play at home.

But that is all about to change, as a new line of toys has been announced for Smyths, Argos, The Entertainer, and select supermarkets.
It will include two Bluey plush toys, standard and giant size, sets of Bluey family and friends figure sets, playroom and park mini sets, and a 4WD Bluey Heeler vehicle.
Given the popularity of the show, it’s likely that they’ll be some of the most desired toys this Christmas.
The huge Bluey Family Home Playset will undoubtedly be flying off the shelves when it launches along with the other toys in July.
It comes with a Bluey figure, opening doors, and a movable wall panel that converts into a patio. It also has plenty of removable furniture to furnish family rooms, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
Celebrities also liked Bluey a lot, so the toys will definitely be on their wishlists.
Matt Edmonson featured a photo of his daughter’s homemade Bluey knitted toy at Christmas, which he said was created because they “couldn’t find any real product anywhere.”
Jason Manford tweeted: “If you can get past the title that is slightly inappropriate for a UK audience, I highly recommend ‘Bluey’ on Disney Plus for kids.
“My six and two year olds fell in love with the first series. It’s wonderful (even if you will feel like you don’t play enough with your children!)”
And Emma Willis uploaded a photo of her husband Matt wearing his own Bluey t-shirt on Father’s Day.
The toys, created by Moose Toys, will retail for between £ 7.99 and £ 39.99 and will be available at Smyths, Argos, The Entertainer and major supermarkets from July.
